Introducing the mind behind Rebel Minded

Rebelle Moriarty is Rebel Minded’s Founder and Principal. Her name has inspired many conversations throughout her career – and it captures a sense of the compelling change leadership she brings and seeks to inspire in others.

With a track record spanning 20+ years, Rebelle has built extensive experience in large mining, manufacturing & distribution, services and consulting businesses operating globally, including Asia, North America, Europe and Africa. Through these varied experiences, her hallmark has been harnessing the power of people to bring strategy to life, including major corporate change such as M&A, divestment and restructuring.

Rebelle understands and champions the importance of values-led leadership and how it can transform business performance through building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation. Particularly relevant to ensuring competitive advantage in large, labour-intensive businesses, she fosters autonomy, accountability and resilience, building the senior leadership capability critical to organisational agility and responsiveness.

With strategic foresight, courage and tenacity Rebelle is well versed in navigating an organisation through complexity to effectively drive change while supporting its evolution. 

Rebelle is a Certified Organisational and Executive Coach (IECL), and High Performance Coach (Neurozone). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of WA; a Master of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney; and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Coaching from Charles Sturt University. Rebelle is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR, AHRI).
